1. Reading anything good lately?
Yes, "Color Drawing" by Michael E. Doyle. Design drawing skills and techniques for arfhitects, landscape architects, and interior designers.

2. Jog or walk?
Walk, unless it's too cold. I used to jog when I was younger and entered races every weekend until my knees gave out.

3. Do you garden?
Yes, I have a big yard. There was nothing growing in it when we bought our house except three bushes in the front of the house. We dug flower beds and my husband built a picket fence to provide privacy. Now I have lots of flowers and even a small vegie patch where I grow Swiss Chard, tomatoes, eggplant and strawberries. I use only organic fertilizers, but unfortunately, the runoff from my next door neighbors yard (they use Miracle Grow) brings their chemicals into my yard.

4. Favorite gift ever? An Easter basket from a friend filled with tiny fuzzy chicks, decorated with glued on flowers and filled with organic chocolate.

5. Angelina or Jennifer?
Angelina, of course. She does so much more good because of her work with peoples in need in third world countries.

6. how do you like your kale?
Sauteed with garlic, sea salt and olive oil. Chop up and cook the stems first, then add the leaves. yum! Mark Bittman wrote a great cookbook a few years back called, "Leafy Greens". It has all kinds of simple recipes for cooking your greens, even ways to make them more appealing to the kids.

1. Read anything good lately?
"Eating Animals", "Attachment and Sex Offending Behavior", "Veg News Magazine"

2. Jog or walk?
walk, but not nearly enough.

3. Do you garden?
I have no yard but I tried raising herbs in pots. Turns out this is not my talent in life, unfortunately. If I had a yard I'd definitely raise organic vegetables.

4. Favorite gift ever?
New friends and a vegan community thanks to Montclair Vegans.

5. Angelina or Jennifer? just kidding, who cares?
If Angelina comes with Brad I'd consider a threesome.....I hope no children are reading this....

6. How do you like your kale?
Dressed with light dressing and then dehydrated as kale chips....Delicious! I can eat several bunches at one sitting....
