Cartridge World is 100 percent better than Staples or wb mason b/c they will refill most cartridges, but CW isn't a certified recycler either so once the core is spent, it will not be recycled. But refill those cartridges as much as you can. For business and institutional use such as hospitals and schools and municipalities, NCS can solve all these problems. NCS “Commit to Zero” program makes sure not one cartridge will end up in a landfill.
