Go Lightly is a Cafe & Eco Store serving healthy and cruelty-free Vegan/Raw alternatives to traditional favorites like Raw Pizza, Un-Tuna & Un-Chicken Sandwiches, and Hemp and Coconut Ice Cream. All of our produce is sourced from local cooperatives and organic.
All of our merchandise is sustainably made with recycled or repurposed materials, or is from organic, pesticide-free sources, or will help you live with less waste. We believe sustainable manufacturing and consumerism is the only way to a healthy future. We know you care about people and the planet and we want you to be able to shop without compromising your principles.

- socially conscious credit card processor donates 10% of profits
- bamboo flooring, florescent and LED lighting, recycled fixtures, and ceiling fan in store build out
- website powered by green host
- biodegradeable customer bags made from cornstarch
- low-voc paint or oops paint from salvage store
- pre-owned laptop computer (uses less energy than desktop)
- reused awning frame with low-emitting, no pvc canvas
- window displays from found material
- virtually paper-free back office (or recycled paper when necessary)
- all packaging material reused for customer purchases
- homemade cleaning supplies
- vegan owner!
